How to Heal

Step One:  Know that your healing is already happening.

Step Two:  Stop focusing on the break.

Step Three: Repeat step one.


In the same way that trees are programmed to grow, and rivers to flow, your body is designed to move towards health and wholeness.  Trust that your healing journey has already begun and you are knee deep in the waters of recovery.

How do you heal?  By being alive.
